There are three ways to add a record: scan the barcode with your phone camera, search by artist and title, or add it manually. In all three, discdb enriches metadata and cover art automatically.

Can I catalog vinyl, CDs and cassettes in the same collection?
Yes. All three formats coexist in the same collection, and you can filter by format when you only want to see vinyl, only CDs, or only cassettes.
Does it work offline?
discdb is a PWA you can install on mobile or desktop. Browsing your collection works offline; adding records via scan needs a connection because metadata is fetched live from the reference database.
Can I migrate my collection from another app?
Yes. Pro lets you import your collection from CSV and export it back to CSV any time, so you are never locked in.
